The Towbes Group, a developer specializing in central California new-home developments was experiencing great interest their new home community, Lavigna. Located in Santa Maria, the development. Our agency chose my design with color blocking to attract the last of the new home buyers, mainly of a younger audience, with a modern and hip style for the ad.
