The Towbes Group, a developer specializing in central California new-home developments expressed their pride of their new home community, Lavigna, in Santa Maria. The location, construction quality and workmanship, and the many amenities separated Lavigna from their competition. Our agency set out to a connect with new home buyers, mainly a younger audience, amd set the tone for the modern and hip styling in this brochure design.
