Watt Communities was developing a beautiful new home community in the central valley — The Villas at Laurel Creek. Our agency did our research and with the help of a focus group study, designed a campaign to communicate to the young buyer demographic. We settled on a hook to highlight the low interest rates, great location and attractive amenities that set our home community apart from the other developers in the region. It became a successful campaign that sold out the community of nearly one hundred homes in a little over a year.
