Larwin Homes asked our agency to run a combination ad for their many Southern California new home communities and provide an incentive to get visitors into their model homes. I was assigned the design for the current year’s ad and concept and so provided the headline and hook — the “Win-Win” HDTV promotion. We proposed a 42″ HDTV which were all the rage at the time and great incentive to just come to any of their model homes and enter to win. This design was widely used in our advertising campaign, email marketing, website and on-site collateral print projects to promote the offer. We used this campaign for two years to the client was well pleased.
