Watt Communities, a national new home developer, ask our agency to explore a marketing campaign to boost sales during the holiday season for their many developements in Southern California. RAP Communications suggested a $2,000 incentive for home purchases from November through December, when sales tend to slow. To appeal to home buyers, we used Amazon gift cards to offer an attractive and modern method to dispense the giveaway funds and appeal to the modern shopper. Our campaign was a success showing a 10-15% jump in sales across the new home developments.
