Watt Communities, a Los Angeles based new-home and condominium developer, requested that our agency produce a campaign to finish out the end-of-year holiday period with a strong call to action. Typically, the end of year is a slow period for home sales, so I pitched a giveaway for a hot product, an Apple iPad, and position as a “holiday gift” for visitors who visit the community and sign up. And our account services added a very generous $2,000 Amazon gift card to brokers who sold a home! Creative was an attractive holiday theme with plenty of punch for the offers.
I was please as my instructor passed the exercise with an A.
